The Firth of Forth Lobster Hatchery is a registered charity working towards maintaining a thriving lobster population in the Firth of Forth.

Since securing funding from the Coastal Communities Fund in 2014, the lobster hatchery team have employed four part time paid members of staff and recruited a group of committed volunteers.
